At Her Salon Supplies, the safety of our clients and customers is our top priority. Our lash, brow, and adhesive products contain ingredients that may cause reactions in some individuals. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not allergic or sensitive to any product you purchase or use.

1. Patch Testing

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full application, especially for:

  • Lash adhesives and primers
  • Brow tints and lamination solutions
  • Eyelash extensions and premade fans (for sensitive eyes)
  • Any new cosmetic or professional product

A patch test should be performed at least 24–48 hours prior to full use. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of skin (e.g., inner arm) and monitor for any adverse reaction, such as:

  • Redness
  • Swelling
  • Itching
  • Irritation
  • Rash

If any reaction occurs, do not use the product and consult a medical professional if necessary.

3. Eye Health & Safety Notice

  • Keep all products away from eyes and mucous membranes unless specifically designed for that area.
  • Avoid using adhesives or chemicals if you have known sensitivities, allergies, or eye conditions.
  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and seek medical advice.
