Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, restocks or sale events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance:

• Standard International: 7–21 business days
• Express International: 3–10 business days

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Delivery Issues

Her Studio / Her Studio Store is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers or customs
• Lost or stolen parcels after delivery is confirmed
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
