Change of Mind

Due to the nature of lash and brow products (including adhesives, tools, pre-made fans, and accessories), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, hygiene reasons, or opened packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video evidence

We will assess the case and arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Adhesives & Liquids

All adhesives, primers and liquids are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unopened, due to temperature sensitivity and hygiene regulations.
If there is an issue with your adhesive upon arrival (e.g., leaking, dried bottle), please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:

  • Lash adhesives
  • Lash extensions (classic or volume)
  • Premade/ProMade fans
  • Brow dyes & lamination solutions
  • Eye pads & disposables
  • Tweezers that have been used, dropped or show signs of wear

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless a product is faulty upon arrival.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
